Our debut issue titled "Dagashi" is a 160-page magazine filled with in-depth research about dagashi, cheap Japanese candy. On a recent trip to Tokyo in 2022, we discovered the whimsical world of Japanese packaging design and decided to dedicate our very first issue on the cheap sweets and treats found in Kashiya Yokocho, a historical penny candy alley tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
