How often will new issues of your magazine come out?

As we are a small team, we aim to release two issues a year ... which makes us a biannual magazine. We thank you for your patience, six months may seem like a long time in between magazine issues but the wait is worth it. We strive to perfect and ensure that each issue is top-quality. Good things come to those who wait!

Why are all of your magazine issues about different topics?

We are a publication with a slightly unique concept where we focus on niche topics in an in-depth manner. Our target readers are those who are willing to expand their visual and intellectual vocabulary to learn about new topics that wouldn't normally be explored. Do you have any social media presence?

We are currently active on Instagram, where we share weekly niche topics that inspire us, much like our magazine, but on a much smaller scale. While our magazines are in-depth catalogs of information, the posts we share on our Instagram are of a much smaller detail. We also share news about our magazine issues as well. Why can't I find my country in your shipping options?

As we are a small business at the beginning stages of our journey, we only ship to select destinations. However, if you would like to send us an email at 0812magazine@gmail.com, we would be more than happy to look into what we can do for you.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

I am having problems with my delivery, what should I do?

Please contact your local courier / shipping company for assistance on any needs. You can also check your tracking code to locate and establish where your parcel is. I received a letter from my local courier requesting payment for duties and taxes in order to receive my magazine, what do I do?

You must pay it. These are customs charges that pertain to your country's tax system, and in order to receive your magazine, you must pay these charges in order for your parcel to clear customs to then be delivered to you.

Who pays the duties and taxes?

You must pay it. As the buyer, you are responsible for any VAT, duties and taxes that are charged to you. We are not liable for any of these charges.

My magazine arrived damaged, what do I do?

Do you offer returns?
